October Meeting – October 12, 2004

We went to Tim and Craigs.

We got name tags.

We ate, Thanks Dean.

Prez called meeting to loose order.

We had new members.

We had Quasi Introductions courtesy of the Prez.

Secretary’s Report – We have minutes. No one challenged this bold statement.

Treasurer’s Report – We have money. Great.

The Prez is taking orders for Club Jackets. The order is going in. Email him with details if you want one. (or call for the virtually challenged)

Nominations

Elton moved we create a webmaster cabinet position. Tim 2nds. Passes Unanimously.

Elton nominates Travis Brekken as webmaster (with mothers approval). Craig nominates Carl B.

Craig nominates the brain trust, Colleen and Elton as Editors.

Gary H. viciously nominates Mark U. as secretary.

Greg nominates Tim as Treasurer.

There was a raucous round of applause for the two Deans.

Bruce nominates Brenda P. as Vice President.

Elton nominates Todd F for president.

Elton nominates Tom L. for president.

Nominations close.

Larry has set up the Christmas banquet. There will be steak chicken and shrimp. The steak will be a little more expensive this year. It will be on the 2^nd Tuesday in December. You can call Larry at 2933377 if you are coming.

Brenda posed the question of whether we could try to get seasonal pictures for our 2006 calendar. Keep this in mind as you take pictures of your car.

The 2005 Mustang unveiling will be Thursday, 21 Oct. at 4:00.

Todd came bearing gifts for Tim and Craig for hosting the meeting. If you host a meeting you might do as well.

We signed a poster for the new shed.
