May Meeting – May 11, 2004

6:35 – Prez gaveled meeting to order.

Introductions for visitors – we gave name, where we live and when we think we joined the club.

Secretary’s minutes – we have minutes – Elton moves we accept, Carl 2nds and it is approved with unanimity.

Treasurer’s report – we have money – Carl moves and Craig 2nds – it passes unanimously.

Brenda brought business cards – passed them out.

Downtown committee report. They have:

- set the budget

- choose towels instead of T-shirts

- choose plaques for classes and trophies for others

- choose metal dash plaques

- advertising will be on 106.9 and in the Forum, with a live feed during the show.

- Planned a Cruise on the Friday before the show from Quality Auto, to Downtown Fargo and ending at the North Fargo Dairy Queen.

All Ford Show Committee

- We need to meet.

7:02 Greg arrives

Craig moves and Dean 2nds (with prompting) to order 500 brochures and it passes with 100% support.

We scheduled a Pizza Party for 18 May at Happy Joes at 6:30. Great job Ralph.

June 22^nd at 6:30 we will have a steak fry at the shed. BYOB&B (Beef and Beverage)(Bison and Beverage)

Upcoming Shows

- Jamestown - $15 – Big Parade, Car Show, Poker Run & Rally and Dinner.

- Valley Vintage – will feature Mustangs.

New Business

Dean had Craftsman pins to give out at car shows.
