June Meeting – June 8, 2004

6:40 – Prez gaveled meeting to order.

We had visitors.

We had introductions.

Brenda moves to accept secretary’s minutes, Bruce 2nds, and it passes unanimously.

Treasurer’s report. We have money left and it passes unanimously.

Downtown Car Show.

- Friday night before show we will have a cruise from Quality Auto thru town, up Broadway ending at the Dairy Queen on University and 4^th Ave. No.

- Saturday the show will have 14 categories and 9 specialty trophies. There will be radio ads and a live remote.

- Committee bickering.

- Parking will be similar to last year.

- They will have towel instead of T-shirts.

Ford Show.

- Talked to Joel B. of Luther Family Ford.

OLD BUSINESS

Pizza Party – went well. Awesome turnout. 15 pizzas and 20 pitchers.

NEW BUSINESS

Cruise/BBQ at shed in Sabin.

- BYO Steak, Plates, Forks, Beverage and Chairs.

- Mixer at 6:00 (maybe outside with your beverage and chair) and meal at 6:30.

Talked about pictures for this year. Much discussion.
