July Meeting – July 13, 2004

6:43 – Prez gaveled meeting to order.

We had new members.

We had introductions and said what we were bringing to the show.

The secretary’s minutes were accepted unanimously.

Treasurer’s report. We gave Park Board a $1000 deposit. We paid for trophies. We have money left and it passes unanimously.

We had 26 people at the steak fry.

Casselton has 125th and car show on Thursday to Saturday.

The Club is invited to 3rd Thursday Downtown in Grand Forks on 19 August from 6:00 – 8:30. We will go.

Aug. 21 and 22 there will be a show and parade in Crookston. Sunday cruise around lakes with meals included in registration.

Jamestown had a good show with good weather.

Elton has news. Lunde Auto Center will have a Car Show on July 29th from 5:00 – 9:00.

Downtown Car Show.

- Friday night car cruise. Leave from Quality Auto between 6:30 and 7:00. Follow the leader to DQ. Free dance downtown.

- Trophies done.

- Stuff Bags (tonight)

- Parking – in the park, street and ramp if it gets wet.

- Larry has cardboard for under the cars in park.

- Set up the cones.

- Set up the tent.

- Parking Directors.

- Put up signs.

- Club members should be there between 7:30 and 8:00.

- Groups from NDSU will be there with design vehicles.
