March Meeting – March 9, 2004

6:40 – Prez gaveled meeting to order.

Tim D. arrived tardy.

Elton moves to accept minutes, Brenda 2nds and it passes unanimously.

Treasurers Report – We have more money, should be able to buy pizza sometime. Bring checkbook just in case. Ralph move to accept, Bruce 2nds and it is unanimous.

Old Business

Aug. 14 is the date of the All Ford Car Show.

All Ford Show Committee will be punished for not meeting and getting poster ready for Topper Car Show.

We will use old classes and poster design so we can get them made.

Downtown Committee – Brenda is working on poster. Forum will donate $250 in advertising.

Business Cards - $45 for 1000 cards. Elton moves we order 1000 from Internet place Brenda found. Tim Seconds, we discuss design and it passes unanimously.

Todd talked to Joel at Luther Family Ford about a 40^th Birthday party for the Mustang on 17 April. They will bring cake and would like some of our cars for the showroom.

Pizza at Happy Joes is sometime in the future.

Elton move (I sense a trend) to give 2 calendars to Air Museum and 1 to Joe Becto, Marv 2nds and there are ayes all around.

Elton said Craig sent an email about classes for Downtown Car Show. He moves (See) for

-Tim seconds and it passes with all ayes.
