November 11th Meeting
Prez called the meeting to order at 6:35.
Elections-
President - Todd F. by new ascension rule.
Treasurer - Tim D. by only one willing to do the job rule. (Unanimous)
Secretary - Mark U. by same. (Unanimous)
V.P. Nominated candidates were Ralph K., Dean and Bruce H. Ralph nominated Tom L. and Gary 2nds. Tom L won by a slim margin of one after feverish campaigning. Greg A. then informed him of the new ascension rule.
The old Prez hands off to the new Prez, the King is dead, long live the King.
Todd F. assumes the meeting. He thanks Greg and then Veterans. Many accolades.
Old Business

Christmas Party - Larry H. has it scheduled for December Meeting Night at the Expressway Inn. Food choices are:
1. Shrimp, $18.10
2. Chicken Breast, $13.26
3. 10 oz. Sirloin, $16.89
Brenda moves and Elton 2nds we spend $150 for Horse Devores. (Unanimous)
Jeff moves and Larry 2nds we spend $300 for prizes (one per family). Elton, Dean and Jeff will acqire. (Unanimous)
Greg will bring a video.
Calendars - Brenda says they will be about $11 each. Dean moves we buy 50, Tom L. 2nds. (Unanimous)
Coats - now have orders for 4, ante up ½.
Elton talks about car show options. Elton moves and Tom L. 2nds we have a downtown show. Much discussion. - Heated discussion. - boisterous discussion. - Elton changes his motion to 2 shows, one all car and one all Ford. Tom L. 2nds. (Carries) Check with Valley Ford on date.
Mark was tired and moved we adjourn, Jeff 2nds. (Unanimous)
