9 July, 2003 Meeting

Missed 1st 1/2 hour of meeting due to a dead battery in my car.

Picking up with my arrival.

Elton is talking to Bonnanzaville about getting the 1905 Ford for the Show.

We talked about what 3 cars we wanted Luther Valley Ford to provide for the show.

We are looking for unique Fords for the 100 years of Ford circle.

Todd and Ralph report the parking is firmed up and planned for 185 cars.

Cars should enter at 1st Ave. So. On 4th St.

Trailers should be parked by Dike East.

Coke signage is going out to the Tri State Area advertising the show.

Hornbackers will get 25000 inserts.

110,000 inserts for the local Forums.

Peoples Choice ballots will be $.25 each with proceeds donated to charity.

Trophies - we talked about them.

Show time for show workers will be 7:00 ( that's AM).

Larry has cardboard for under cars.

Mid month meeting - Tuesday 29 July - Run to Castle Rock. Meet at Bargins in Moorhead at 6:00.
