Hi Guys!!
Suppose it's really winter now.  The toys are almost all put away, time for dreaming and planning for the coming year.  Maybe some changes here or there, some new parts...  Some of us will wish we were doing something, but alas...time and a warm place to work are lacking.  But we can look forward.

Todd called and said the new Marauder was out.  Then I got a DVD advertising the car ...neat DVD.  Those old NASCAR races with  convertibles were wild.  Who knew Parnelli Jones was so small.  They show a Pikes Peak race...Jones said he ran hard till the tree line ended, then he backed off because if you went over the edge you were a goner.  The car looks nice and it sounds like performance is not lacking.  But they didn't show or even talk about the '69 Marauder.  I wish Valley had the Mercury in the showroom.  Maybe we could get a test drive.  

Remember this month is elections.  If you see your name (or think someone wants to get back at you), you may wish to be at the meeting to defend yourself.  Remember...you don't need to be present to win the election!!  We do have a full slate of officers nominated, but more nominations can be added. 

We will also be discussing the Christmas party, so if you have ideas... now is the time to bring them up.  Ideas for winter activities are welcome.  Ideas are also needed about the car show.  So if you have any ideas, bring them to the meeting.

Late breaking news from Larry...The Christmas party is Tuesday, Dec 10. 6:30 pm at the Expressway Inn.  You need to call Larry if you are planning to attend.  Call him at 293-3377 or 367-5162. 

See you at the meeting on Tuesday.  Bring yourself and some deer hunting stories for entertainment.
