April Meeting – April 9, 2002

Meeting called to order by Prez at 6:30:00 PM.

-Todd moved and Larry 2nds to accept the Secretaries Minutes for March and they were accepted unanimously.

Old Business

-Car show report - No news.

-We had flyers at Toppers Car Show.

-Elton and Tim will make a Pre-Registration Form and it is pre approved.

Toppers Car Show

-Prez got his car's photo in the West Fargo Pioneer in an article about the Toppers Car Show.

Jackets

-Gary modeled the jacket to ohs and ahs.

-Should we place another order. - Yes

New Business

Pizza Party

-Larry will make arrangements (he's retired, only two jobs)

-It will be at 6:00, on April 23^rd at Happy Joes.

Visitors

-We had some.

Steak Fry - next meeting

-Bring your own food, plates, silverware, chairs, potatoes (pre microwaved), and anything else you might want.

-Potato Salad will be provided.

-Jeff is going to Prime Steel and will bring flyers.

-Craig is looking for riders to go up for a few hours on Saturday.

-Meeting turned over to Todd for Shinoda Birthday Party.
