July Meeting - July 09, 2002

6:30 Call to order.

Motion to accept Secretary's minutes by Larry, Ralph 2nd. Motion Carried.

Ralph modeled the dash plaques.

The president brought up judging for the show. Nobody bit.

Secretary out of order for sarcastic comment.

Registration for the show is arranged per Elton.

Tim talked to Dakota Mustangs and several other clubs. They're coming.

Tim will Ram-rod parking - park and then register. Layout has been established.

Ralph says we should have some food.

Elton says we should have music, same guy as before.

Judging came up again. Conclusion, we will judge cars.

Valley Ford has stanchions and banners.

Elton moves we purchase tent from Craig, Tim seconds and it passes without dissent.

Elton had a movement to have Larry get sign, Todd seconds and it passes unanimously.

Elton says we have about 10 pre-registrations from outside the club. One will not be here, but wants a dash plaque.

We talked about car show. There are some.
