August Meeting – August 

We met at Valley Ford

Matt called the meeting to order.
Secretary’s minutes okay I guess ( no one complained)
Treasurer’s report – low on funds, need influx quick
Discussion on how the bills for the car show should be divided.
T-shirt prices was discussed.  Will sell the 2000 car show t-shirts for $5.00 and the 2001 car show t-shirts 
for $7.50.

Car show business, comments, questions in no particular order
	Trophies too big – some said yes, some said no
	Why didn’t Valley Ford select  a vehicle for a trophy?  Don’t know
Park cars as they come or as we do it now in classes kind of?	
Class parking easier for judges, as they come is easier to fill lot
	Valley Ford moving south of town?  
		If that happens, there  may not be room for a car show, what then?	
		West Fargo High School parking lot?
		Downtown – Island Park?
		Detroit Lakes? (now that’s out of town)
		All car show?
		The Dome?
Meet at DQ for car show at 6:30?    Where did that come from?
Meet at A& W the 28th for a malt or whatever
Next mid-month Greg will set up for Pelican Lake, September 30.  Call me for info 282-0387
