Hi

First thing the mid-month is a cruise/color-run to Pelican Lake.  We plan to gather at the Moorhead rest area at 9:30 on the 
30th of  September.  The club will pick up the main course (burgers, steak, polish, chicken or what ever) if we know what 
you want.  So we need numbers, and what you want, keep it simple.  We will barbeque at the lake, and tour a shop, should 
be a good time.  Bring chairs and beverages of your choice.  So call me or come to the meeting on Tuesday.  My number

The run to the  A&W was fun even though not many were there.  Five or six families showed up.  We had a good time 
and I think we are still welcome.  We didn’t tear the place up too bad.  As I said these are family outings.  It is a good 
chance to get together and socialize.  I hope to see more people at the run to the Lake.  If the colors don’t cooperate we 
will have to set up another run later. 

As most of you know my daughter Heidi is getting married in a couple of weeks.  This has and will make for some hectic 
days.   So, it looks like car stuff will be on the back burner till after that.  The color –run will be a welcome change.  

When Greg talked to me about the run to Pelican he also mentioned he had storage space available at Sabin. (price listed 
in the classifieds.)  He also was talking about the car that he had pictures of at the last meeting.  Seems he got it here from 
Florida.  Should be fun to see, not to mention ride in.

We usually have a steak-fry at Sabin in the Fall we need to discuss this at the meeting on Tuesday (Sept. 11 at 6:30).
