Hi Mustang Fanatics!

The color run was great. The only thing wrong was there weren't enough people there having fun!!! We started out from the
Moorhead rest area with six Mustangs including a seldom seen and rarely filmed Hertz Mustang. The cruise up was nice and the
colors were great. Then the stop at Dave Wicklund's shop... Well, all I can say is WOW!! We toured the two shops, beautiful
facilities, great cars. Something to dream about -if you dream big! We had a nice barbeque, Thanks Dean for grilling!! Thanks
Greg for picking up the food. We took some pictures of the cars with a great background of colors (see the front cover)! If you
weren't there, you missed a good meal, great tour, not to mention a wonderful photo op. So next time....

I missed the last Cenex Car Show. Did not hear that the date had been changed. I did stop by and see the cars. Valley Vintage
car show is this weekend at the Civic Center. I think that wraps up the car shows until spring. Summer was soooo short, where did
it go?? Time to put the cars away for awhile and start to plan upgrades or different projects. Well, if we had shops like the one
we visited... no, I have to get that out of my mind!! (Keep dreaming, Elton!!!)

At the meeting  on Tuesday, I plan to bring some pictures, some turned out good, others... well I guess a new camera is in order, it
can't be the photographer!! We will also talk about next year's car show and the possibility of an all car Car Show at Island Park
if Valley Ford moves and does not have room for us to have a car show. Also jackets, it is time to order new jackets, some need
replacing, some just need jackets. If you would like to get in on ordering a jacket, come to the meeting or give me a call at 282-
0387 (yes, I do know my own phone number!!) We will also be talking about a different style jacket, so your input is welcome.

Oh yeah our daughter, Heidi, did get married ...no problems. We all made it through the wedding. Even let them drive the
Mustang we drove when we were married 29+ years ago. And Craig, that's bubble stuff for blowing bubbles in the little bottles!!
