March Meeting - March 13, 2001

We met at Valley Ford. The Prez gavelled the meeting to order at 6:41.

Old Business

Passed out Prime Steel flyers.

We discussed if dues should be from July to July to coincide with the Car Show. No resolution. Big Surprise.

Toppers is full, too late to enter. Tim got his car in and will take the new banner Craig had made.

Discussion turned to our car show.

  • The guy who did the trophies last year said he would do it again.

  • Catering - not known, Greg will check with Subway. (Subtle Reminder)

  • Stuart is working on the poster and will have some ready for Toppers.

  • Todd asked if we should have a project row at the car show. Not room for this year. Many questions were posed such as entry cost, etc.

  • T-Shirts - Elton talked to Richmond about polo shirts - Still unresolved - Elton will keep checking.

    • New Business

    We need more members, any ideas??????? Unresolved.

    Mid Month runs

    Presence at A&W Show and Shine.

    The Prez will write letters to Mustang Publications announcing Car Show.

    The Prez will send letters to Media outlets (Radio and TV) announcing Car Show.

    Craig put in plug for web site. Greg thought he had to get one of them.

    Mark took charge of meeting and showed his Daytona video (only three people got sick from the camera work).

    Meeting degraded to choas.

    We did not adjorn so if you have any additional comments, add them to the notes.
